We simultaneously balance the patient’s medical requirements with the cost risks that our clients face; as our founders stated many years back, “quality care is cost effective”. Our case managers work in a consultative fashion with patients, caregivers, families, and providers while working within the scope of the health plan benefit design.

Our Employees:

ICM staff is comprised of compassionate, innovative, and energetic individuals. Our Nursing Staff average over 23 years of experience and includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Case Managers (CCMs). Our Chief Medical Officer is board-certified in Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP). Our Customer Service Staff average over 6 years of customer service. Our other team members are varied in their experience and responsibilities, but all are top-notch.
