Innovative Care Management currently has 42
employees serving our clients, including 19 Registered Nurses
(RNs), of whom 6 hold the Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation,
6 hold the Certified Professional of Utilization Review (CPUR)
designation, 2 hold the Certified Registered Nurse (RNC) designation
in Maternal and Newborn Nursing, 1 holds the Adult Nurse Practitioner
(NP) designation, 1 holds the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
(PNP) designation, and 1 holds the Clinical Specialist (CS) designation.
Additionally, ICM has access to 5 physicians. Our nursing staff
averages over 22 years of experience in the following specialties:
Supervisory Management
The strength of ICM's program delivery is
in the organizational design that supports the program offerings.
Each of the following program departments have a supervisor
with specific expertise in that program. This supervisor ensures
that ICM has fully trained employees with multiple years of
experience and training in that department's specialty.
