Innovative Care Management, Inc. (ICM) offers the unique opportunity
to work for a nurse owned and operated company. The company was
founded by Kris Hallock and Sherry Chenell for the purpose of providing
high quality medical management. Although ICM continually seeks
to enhance procedures to control their client's healthcare costs,
the company will never compromise the needs of the patient to achieve
that end. All of the company’s procedures and policies are
pro-active and non-adversarial.
Management Philosophy
The company’s management philosophy is to provide a work
environment that is conducive to both personal and professional
growth. ICM management has always believed that the employees carry
significant credit for the success of the business. They seek to
treat employees in the manner that encourages their sense of personal
ownership and individual investment in ICM’s growth. In line
